1st step: Best quality turmeric collected from local markets are cleaned and dried in the sun. 2nd step: Then the sun-dried turmeric are cleaned again. Step 3: These clean dry turmeric are finely ground in modern machines.
১ম ধাপঃ আঞ্চলিক বাজার থেকে উৎকৃষ্ট মানের হলুদ সংগ্রহ পরিস্কার করে রোদে শুকানো হয়। ২য় ধাপঃ এরপর রোদে শুকানো হলুদ পুনোনাই পরিস্কার করা হয়। ৩য় ধাপঃ এই পরিস্কার শুকনো হলুদকে আধুনিক মেশিনে উত্তমরূপে গুড়া করা হয়।
